Imagine Winter Park
The Town is in the process of updating its 2006 Town Plan. The new plan is created through public input and will guide the town for the next 10 years. Learn more

Roam Development
Town Council agreed to annex and zone 172 acres of unincorporated land, mostly south of the downtown core. The mixed-use Roam development will contain up to 1,079 residential units, 440 hotel units, and 72,00 sq. ft. of commercial space.

Affordable Housing

Partnership Highlight: Winter Park Housing Assistance Fund
The Winter Park Housing Assistance Fund was created with funding by Winter Park Resort and the Town of Winter Park in partnership with the Grand Foundation. The fund aims to help full-time residents successfully live and work in Winter Park.

Transit

By working with Fraser, Granby, and Grand County, the Lift transit system is able to serve these communities and unincorporated parts of the County during peak times of the year.

In 2017, the Town joined forces with the Compact of Colorado Communities and pledged to develop innovative ways to address climate change. Winter Park joined 27 cities and 6 counties that were already a part of the initiative.
