Hello, Community Members!
2025 was a year of looking ahead—persisting in setting clear intentions and direction for how Winter Park will evolve and grow in the coming years. Plans for the Urban Renewal Area and the Aerial Transit System continued to advance, and many Town projects were either completed or positioned to move forward in 2026, including a new playground at Hideaway Park.
We are excited to work alongside the community to ensure Winter Park continues to develop in alignment with our shared vision and in a way that prioritizes our core values. We would also like to thank our residents for taking the time in 2025 to respond to our community survey, which will help shape future plans and goals.
From mountain rail initiatives to new recreational amenities like the Vasquez Creek improvements, and expanded housing opportunities, we are proud of what was accomplished in 2025 and energized by all that 2026 will bring to our community. The following pages provide a snapshot of the Town’s accomplishments this year.
