The Town oversees and monitors compliance with relevant federal, state, and local accessibility laws, codes, and regulations. Paratransit Services
The LIFT is committed to providing safe, reliable, and accessible transportation to all people within our service area. The ADA Paratransit is a FREE door-to-door service available to all eligible riders 7:00 am – 2:00 am, seven days a week.

The ADA does not require the Town of Winter Park to take any action that would fundamentally alter the nature of its programs or services or impose an undue financial or administrative burden.
Complaints that a Town of Winter Park program, service, event, or activity is not accessible to people with disabilities should be directed to the Town Manager’s Office.
