The Town of Winter Park is recruiting its next town manager, a key leadership role that will guide this mountain resort community through an exciting time of significant growth and change.
As the chief executive and administrative officer, the town manager coordinates day-to-day operations, carries out council policies and ordinances, and supervises all departments and their heads.
Thanks to major transportation, connectivity, and infrastructure initiatives, Winter Park is positioned to dramatically transform over the next five years. The next manager will play a pivotal role in shaping Winter Park’s future while preserving its small-town character.
Winter Park has a strong tradition of stability in this role, with just two managers over the past 17 years, the most recent serving nearly seven. The council seeks a collaborative, forward-thinking professional who can continue this legacy while providing vision and leadership for the years ahead.
The position offers a competitive salary range of $210,000 to $260,000 and an attractive benefits package. The application deadline is September 14.
