Special Use Permit - 78885 US Hwy 40 (PLN26-054)

The applicant is requesting a Special Use Permit to relocate an existing licensed retail marijuana dispensary from 78902 US Highway 40 to 78885 US Highway 40. Interior renovations to the existing structure are also proposed to accommodate the retail marijuana use.
