Housing Lottery
Once a year, the Town of Winter Park draws a lottery to determine who from our community is eligible for apartments that become available throughout the next year. The 2023 rental lottery is open July 12-25, 2023. Please fill out the application below if interested in the currently available 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment in Hideaway Place Apartments or any apartment that may become available until July 31, 2024. This lottery is NOT for Hideaway Junction homes or Fireside Creek Apartments.
Hideaway Place Apartments Rental Lottery
The 2023-24 housing lottery is now closed. Questions or petitions to reassign draw numbers will be due by 5 p.m. on July 28, 2023. The lottery will occur on July 31, 2023, at 3 p.m. Click here to join the Zoom webinar and watch the live stream of the lottery. This lottery is NOT for Fireside Creek Apartments or Hideaway Junction single-family homes. If you are interested in Fireside Creek, which also currently has available apartments for rent, please click here.
