The Town of Winter Park is committed to delivering high-quality services to you, our residents. To do so, a Citizen Survey is now open for community members to provide feedback on overall quality of life, specific aspects of Winter Park, and satisfaction with Town services.
Survey answers will be used to help determine Town priorities for 2020 and beyond. All responses are strictly confidential, and honesty is greatly appreciated. The survey will be open through November and all residents, homeowners, and local businesses are encouraged to participate. Visit wpgov.com/316/citizen-survey to give your input; it shouldn’t take more than five minutes.
During the Council Retreat earlier this year, the group identified several major objectives for 2019-2020. One of those objectives focused on developing measures to gauge community/citizen satisfaction.
The short survey will not be statistically valid but will still give a pulse on community sentiment. The goal is for a similar survey to be conducted each year to understand changing needs, and to measure progress year over year.
