Board of Adjustment

The Board also hears and makes decisions on appeals from any order, requirement, decision or determination made by any administrative official charged with enforcement of the zoning ordinance.

Board of Adjustment meetings are held on the second Tuesday of each month immediately following the 8 a.m. Planning Commission hearing in the Town Hall Chambers, 50 Vasquez Road. These meetings are open to the public.
