Overview
The Grand County Water and Sanitation District #1 boundary includes Beaver Village, downtown Winter Park, Leland Creek subdivision, and Hi Country Haus.
The District is a stand-alone, quasi-governmental agency separate from the Town of Winter Park and other water and sanitation districts.
District meetings are held on the third Wednesday of each month at 5:30 p.m. in the District office – 50 Vasquez Road, Winter Park, CO 80482.
