Hideaway Place Apartments Rental Lottery
The Town of Winter Park has rental opportunities in Hideaway Place apartments, including several opportunities that are move-in ready for February - March 2026. The Town is presently accepting applications from interested, eligible tenants. Monthly rent will be $1,850 for a two-bedroom based on income eligibility. Electricity and natural gas is billed separately through the Town. Water is included in monthly rent. A 12-month lease is required.
Eligibility Requirements Include:
- Must be a current full-time resident of Grand County.
- Must be employed a minimum of 32 hours a week or 1,500 hours per year for a Grand-County Based Employer.
- Must not own other residential property in Grand County or list property for sale if selected.
- Must earn no more than 85% of Area-Median income ($67,000 for a one-person household, $76,000 for a two-person household, or $86,000 for a three-person household) (unrelated roommates can both qualify as one-person household) or qualify as a critical employee (employed by tax-funded entity or health care provider in Grand County/rent based on income)
Applications must be received by February 2nd 2026, at 5 P.M.
The Town will complete the annual lottery on February 4th at 3 p.m. through Zoom. Click here for the Zoom link. Several communications will be sent ahead of the housing lottery to confirm applications and allow for corrections. You do not need to be present at the lottery to be selected.
