Join us to learn more about Winter Park Sign Code Updates!
The Town of Winter Park Planning Division is hosting an Open House to walk through proposed updates to the Town’s Sign Code and hear from local businesses and community members.
When: Tuesday, October 14, 12:00–1:00 PM
Where: Town Hall, Council Chambers (50 Vasquez Road, Winter Park, CO 80482)
Who Should Attend:
- Local business owners and managers
- Property owners, HOAs, and sign companies
- Residents and community organizations interested in community design and wayfinding
Why we’re updating the code
The Town is preparing a comprehensive refresh of the Sign Code to relocate it into the Unified Development Code (UDC) and better align with the community’s vision in the Imagine Winter Park Plan. The Open House will introduce the draft changes, explain what will be required, and discuss how implementation could work for businesses and property owners. Your feedback now will help shape the version presented to the Planning Commission and Town Council for adoption.

What’s Changing?
Changes will be presented and discussed at the Open House, but we encourage those interested to review the proposed changes.
