After nine months of community conversations and design work, the Town of Winter Park is excited to release a draft of the Downtown Plan! View the draft plan
Creating a Downtown Plan has been a major focus for the Town to ensure that our downtown is thriving, walkable and welcoming for locals and visitors alike. Based on community input, the document provides a vision and implementation plan for downtown Winter Park. The plan utilizes four guiding principles, Culture, Mobility, Economy and Environment, while also incorporating the visions of the Imagine Winter Park Master Plan.
Before the draft is adopted, we need final community input to ensure it meets the vision and needs of locals. To offer feedback, complete an online survey by March 12 at https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/DRAFTDowntownPlanWP. Or participate in either of the two public hearings:
- Planning Commission meeting on Tuesday, March 10 at 8 a.m.
- Town Council meeting on Tuesday, March 17 at 5:30 p.m.
