New this season, short-term rental owners are required to register their units before listing on VRBO, AirBnB or other similar sites, as outlined in the Short-Term Rental Policy. This new policy is similar to policies of most mountain communities throughout the state, and with Winter Park's growing size, it is important to regulate how many short-term rentals there are.
