Officer Finley moved to Grand County with his family when he was in high school. He started his career in Law Enforcement in 2006 with the Grand County Sheriff's Department. He relocated to Westminster, Colorado where he was a Police Officer furthering his career for 6 1/2 years. Officer Finley decided to move back to Grand County where he started with the Fraser Winter Park Police Department in March 2017. He is one of only 227 active and certified Drug Recognition Experts (DRE) in the state of Colorado, which is specialized training for investigating drugged or impaired driving.
In his off time, Officer Finley enjoys hunting, fishing and spending time with his family.
