These frequently asked questions apply to Hideaway Junction Phase II (new builds).

What is the Hideaway Junction Phase II project?

Hideaway Junction, located at the corner of Telemark Drive and Spur Trail, is a collection of two- and three-bedroom single-family, deed-restricted homes. (Look for new construction on the left side of the road before you hit the railroad tracks on Telemark Drive). The Town is adding 20 homes to this project, known as Hideaway Junction Phase II. Eight of those homes should be ready for purchase in 2024.

The Town installed roads, sidewalks, and utilities with grant assistance from the Department of Local Affairs in 2021. In July 2023, vertical construction began on two of the homes. These homes will be constructed two at a time.

How much will the homes in Hideaway Junction Phase II homes cost?

The homes will have an estimated average price of $460,000 for a three-bedroom home and $420,000 for a two-bedroom home. (Final sales price will be determined by average median income and available interest rates).
