Payment Assistance Programs
To help support those living and working in Winter Park, several housing payment assistance programs are available.
Winter Park Housing Assistance Fund
The Town of Winter Park, Grand Foundation and Winter Park Resort have partnered to create the Winter Park Affordable Housing Donor Advised Fund. This collaborative effort came into play following a housing study that was completed by the Town of Winter Park. The study showed the disparity of the local workforce living in and more importantly, individuals not being able or unable to afford housing in the Fraser Valley. The Fund is housed as a Donor Advised Fund of the Grand Foundation and is designed to provide housing assistance to eligible applicants.
Mountain Family Center
The Mountain Family Center has programs for one-time assistance with housing or utilities.

Low Income Energy Assistance Program (LEAP)
LEAP helps families pay their heating bills from November 1 to April 30. It is a federally funded program that helps eligible and hard-working Colorado families, seniors, and individuals pay a portion of their winter home heating costs. In most cases, payments are made directly to the primary heating fuel vendor. Other benefits include repair or replacement of a home’s primary heating system.
