Background
The Fraser River Valley Housing Partnership, along with Grand County and the towns of Fraser, Grand Lake, Granby, Hot Sulphur Springs, Kremmling, and Winter Park, are partnering on a Regional Housing Needs Assessment (HNA) to determine the county’s greatest housing needs and better understand challenges faced by residents in finding and keeping stable housing.
The HNA is the foundation for community-specific Housing Action Plans (HAP) that will identify specific strategies to address housing affordability, stability, and future growth across the county. Together, these efforts will help local governments build on recent housing successes and better support residents and the regional workforce. Completing the Housing Needs Assessment will ensure Grand County local governments and housing organizations can continue to access state funding for investment in housing.
